What is the TEF?
The Test d’évaluation de français (TEF) is an official French-language proficiency examination developed by the Chambre de commerce et d’industrie de Paris Île-de-France (CCI Paris Île-de-France).
TEF assessments are used for various academic, professional and administrative purposes. TEF Canada is designed for candidates who need to demonstrate their French proficiency for Canadian immigration and other purposes, while TEFAQ is the version used in the context of Québec.
